High Stability Pan Oils
Vegalube Super P - Our premier pan oil. Unsurpassed stability. Especially formulated to resist gumming or polymerization; superior to any other pan oil.
Vegalube Excel - A uniquely designed high stability winterized pan oil. Provides exceptional polymerization resistance and ease of application.

All Vegetable Pan Oils
Vegalube 1100 Special P - A winterized, partially hydrogenated soybean oil blend for excellent stability and ease of application.
Vegalube 1500 - Same base oil as Vegalube 1100 Super P but with sorbic acid added as a mold inhibitor. Can be used as a pan oil as well as a brown and serve oil.
Golden Glow - An all soybean oil blend with sorbic acid added and a mold inhibitor. Used as a brown and serve oil.

Cake Depanning Compound
Thriftee Gold - A unique combination of all vegetable oils and specially processed, extremely fine corn flour solids for a smooth consistency. Features excellent pan coverage and uniform cake releasing.
Thriftee Satin Flo Special - Especially formulated with a low solids concentration for improved flow characteristics. Features superior pan coverage, which results in minimized usage as well as uniform cake releasing.
Thriftee - Formulated with all vegetable oils and specially milled wheat flour solids. Features uniform application and good releasing characteristics.
Thriftee EZ Release - A solids free cake-depanning compound designed for ease of use and application.

Soybean Oil / Mineral Oil - Blended Pan Oil
Vegalube 20 - 80/20 blend of soybean oil and high smoke point mineral oil.
Vegalube 40 - 60/40 blend of soybean oil and high smoke point mineral oil.

White Oils
Exalube - Designed for bread divider lubrication. Low viscosity – Approximately 70 S.S.U. @ 100° F.
Ultra Lube - Designed for bread divider lubrication. Low viscosity – Approximately 90 S.S.U @ 100° F.
D-Lube - Used in special cases for bread dividers. Viscosity – Approximately 100 S.S.U. @ 100° F.
K-Lube - Designed especially for the Model K (Bun) machine. Medium viscosity – Approximately 200 S.S.U. @ 100° F.
Prima Lube - Used in special cases for bread dividers. High viscosity – Approximately 350 S.S.U. @ 100° F.
Tro Lube - A spray type trough grease used for lubricating chutes and troughs.
Tro Lube Heavy - A high viscosity spray type trough grease used for lubricating chutes and troughs.

Icing Stabilizers
PIC 77 Gold Transparent - A powdered icing stabilizer, which helps produce icings which breakdown, cracking and weeping under, wrapped conditions. No whitener added so that icings can be made to have a translucent appearance. Thus stabilizer can be used in chocolate or caramel icings without a bleaching effect.
PIC 77 Perma Frost Transparent - A super concentrated powdered icing stabilizer, which provides maximum strength for superior icing stability. Especially effective in stabilizing glazes for donuts and honeybuns. Icings and glazes can be made to have translucent appearance. Can be used in chocolate icings where no bleaching effect is desired.
PIC 77 Perma Frost White - A super concentrated powdered icing stabilizer which provides the same maximum strength as Perma Frost Transparent but has added whitener to help produce icings which are smooth and very white.
Perma Frost Hi-Sheen Clear - Powdered icing and glaze stabilizer providing superior gloss and shine. Perfect for donuts.

Mold Inhibitors
Lancelot Calcium Propionate - An excellent mold inhibitor primarily used in bread and other yeast raised baked goods to help retard mold and rope.
Lancelot Sodium Propionate - A versatile mold inhibitor, which was used in cakes and cookies, as well as in yeast raised baked goods to help retard mold and rope.

Emulsifiers
Pro Soft Silver - A hydrated monoglyceride designed for use as a crumb softener and shelf life extender.
Proform CS - A unique combination of hydrated emulsifiers that provide both conditioning and softening in baked products and also provides shelf life extension.
Kake Mate - A hydrated, highly versatile cake emulsifier designed to yield cakes of unsurpassed quality. Functions to help provide cakes of uniform grain and texture, better volume, better eating quality and longer shelf life.

Shortenings
Satin Glo - A quality all vegetable, all purpose shortening.
Satin Plus - Excellent hi-ratio shortening for cakes – all vegetable.
Satin Donut Fry - All vegetable heavy-duty frying shortening especially formulated for donut frying. Contains no methyl silicone.
Satin PCK Pumpable Shortening - All vegetable product designed to replace cubed shortening. This product is pumpable and does not require heating.

Vegetable Oils
Mello Gold - All-purpose vegetable (salad) oil.
Mellow Supreme - Premium all purpose winterized vegetable (salad) oil.
Touch-O-Gold Peanut Oil - High quality 100% pure peanut oil.
KoKo Gold Coconut Oil - High quality 100% pure coconut oil - 76° F melting point.

Specialty Oils
Band Oven Oil - Special blend including winterized vegetable oils for lubricating oven bands for the releasing of soft cakes, cookies and pizzas. Great for no fat or reduced fat items.
Trough Grease L - A spray type grease formulated with all vegetable oils (no mineral oils) for lubricating chutes and troughs.
Sparkle - An imitation butter flavored oil, which can be used to impart a pleasing butter flavor to a host of bakery products.
Electrostatic Release Oils - Specifically designed to be electrically conductive and meet all FDA requirements.

Specialty Stabilizers
Hi Flex - A powdered stabilizer designed for use in crème fillings. Helps produce crème fillings which stay smooth and fluffy and resist weeping. Can be used with all-purpose or emulsified shortening in crème filling production.
Instant Clear Gel Powder - Concentrated powdered product used to produce stable jelly fillings and toppings. Superior gel strength resists breakdown.
